HIMHERTHEY is a privately-owned business based in Germany, specializing in handmade clothing and original oil paintings. All products are exclusively designed and produced by our in-house team or collaborating artists.
All designs, illustrations, artworks, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of HIMHERTHEY or the credited artists Damilola Samuel Desel and Rosa Ngo. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including fines and/or lawsuits for copyright infringement.
All items sold on our website are original works or garments created by HIMHERTHEY. When you purchase a product, you are buying the physical item only. You do not acquire any rights to the design or artwork. We retain full intellectual property rights.
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Orders are processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be clearly communicated at checkout. Delays due to customs or local regulations are beyond our control.
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. All items should be used in accordance with care instructions where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
